NCC - 86105

Welcome to the USS Livingstone...

She is a Nebula Class Star ship serving in the Obsidian fleet’s Task Force 47 C "THE KENSAI". The ship is currently serving on the federation boarder in the vicinity of Deep space 3 and has been tasked with a routine patrol along the federation border traversing space to Antos 4 spaceport.  Where the crew are to replace the pod with a modified Habitation/Colony pod. This pod normally contains a large number of residential quarters; however this space has been modified with innovative agricultural machinery which include the latest designs of hydroponic technology. This will greatly increase the yields on Coltar 4.

The Nebula-class is a class of exploratory cruiser, that is in service with Starfleet during these troubled times. A critical part of the design that was approved by Starfleet included a multi-mission module, with the flexibility given to it by the replaceable pod-module. This increased flexibility means that a Nebula's crew have to be ready for all types of missions.

The ship is named after David Livingstone a Scottish an explorer of Africa, one of the most popular national heroes of the late-19th-century in Victorian Britain. He had a mythical status due to his working-class "rags-to-riches" inspirational story. He was also a scientific investigator and explorer, imperial reformer and anti-slavery crusader. Holding his values as our guild, this ship will chart unknown space, fight oppression when we encounter it and play apart in Humanity’s peaceful expansion in to the unknown.

The operational USS Livingstone still has a wide range of positions available, the simulation has been established for over 6 months now, although the current players are not new to the simming world they would be happy to have a player “cut their teeth” as part of the crew.

Could you take on the challenge and become part of the Livingstone’s award winning crew If so, follow the join tab. The adventure awaits...

The USS Livingstone has won the Gold Merit for June. Well done to all the crew who due to their ideas and input to the sim have made this possible.

There are several joint posts to finish before we can leave Antos 4 spaceport, if possible it would be great if we could wrap these up before the end of the weekend. Then I’ll wright the next stage on Thursday.
Well done again, I am proud of our team’s achievements.

Good Day Crew,

I have just compiled the report for the Fleet and we managed 39 posts last month!!

This means that we contributed to the story 39 times, thank you and well done. Also we have past a 1000 hits on the site, although a large number of those are us, the crew logging on I still feel this is worth celebrating.

I'm going to start some joint post's today. And dish out a few ideas for posts and if you get chance enjoy the delights Antos 4 spaceport has to offer and post it.

Thank you.

Please welcome Chief Petty Officer Eric O'Shea to the ship. This means that we can get underway. Our first mission is a routine patrol from Deep Space 3. However I would like us to finish the Tactical exercise first.

The sweating Bolen dropped himself into the Captain’s ready room chair with a large sigh and began to wipe his face with a handkerchief. The room temperature was normal so James expected that there would be another reason for the Starfleet officer’s distressed state.

“The habitation pod is full, we…
